How to resolve the Daily Challenges not working bug in MW3 on PS5

The daily challenges not working for some players in Modern Warfare 3 seem to be connected to the server overload, and because of that, there is, unfortunately, not much the players can do on their end to solve it. We are currently tracking the developers on their @SHGames Twitter page as well as their @CODUpdates outlet for any solutions to this problem and will update this page as soon as a fix comes out.

Players from several regions have been hit with this problem, while others seem unaffected. Whether or not you will suffer the same problem will most likely depend on the region you are in and whether the local servers have been affected.

Still, there are still a few things you can try if you suspect you have encountered this error:

  • Restart the MW3 application: Sometimes, a simple game restart will resolve strange bugs like this one. Occasionally, a game that was just recently released will run less than optimally, at least until the developers patch it, causing problems such as this one.
Restart your device and router: This may seem like a long shot, but restarting the device you're playing the game on will allow you to resolve any issues with the game not communicating properly with the server. Restarting your router also resets the memory storage, clearing it of any potential errors in server communication.
