How to unlock new weapons fast in MW3

Access to several weapons in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is restricted by the Armory Unlock system. However, there is a neat trick to unlock new weapons instantly via the Zombies mode.

Armory Unlock becomes available when you reach level 25 and is a terrible progression system in my opinion. You need to complete a certain number of daily challenges to unlock a specific weapon, equipment, or field upgrade. If you're not ready for the tedious grind, I have the perfect strategy.

Best way to unlock weapons fast in Modern Warfare 3

If you exfil a weapon out of Modern Warfare 3 Zombies, it'll be unlocked across all game modes, including Multiplayer. So get into a match of MWZ and start looking for weaponry that you haven't unlocked yet. You can collect weapons from the following places:

• Wallbuy Weapon: These are marked on the map with a black handgun icon (first image), you'll just have to zoom in to find them. Each Wallbuy has a specific weapon that you can purchase using Essence (second image).
• Loot Cache: Merc Cache (third image), Supply Crates, and other loot boxes often contain weapons and equipment.
• Drops: Kill Zombies and Mercenary NPCs around the map and they'll seldom drop weapons and equipment.

Since lethal and tactical equipment are also blocked behind Armory Unlock, I suggest picking the ones you don't have unlocked and exfiling with them.

How to exfil in Modern Warfare 3 Zombies

Open your tac map and look for exfil points (first image), preferably the ones in the low threat zone on the outskirts of the map. Go near the green smoke and press the interact button when the Call Exfil Helicopter prompt pops up (third image). Wait for the helo to arrive, kill Zombies in the meantime, and board the bird before the timer ends to exfil from the exclusion zone.
