PlayStation and Xbox users have long been asking for a field of view (FOV) slider in Call of Duty: Warzone. The developers have added this basic feature to the last two CoD games, Black Ops Cold War and Vanguard. However, FOV slider for consoles is not coming to Warzone Pacific at launch.
"CharlieINTEL" claims to have confirmed this with the Warzone publishers. This comes after Raven Software, the lead developer of Warzone Pacific, accidentally posted a screenshot showcasing the FOV feature on their most recent blog.
The Warzone community was expecting to see the missing feature introduced into the game via the biggest update yet. Unfortunately, FOV slider will not be coming to PlayStation and Xbox consoles with Warzone Pacific Season One. Nevertheless, it may be added to the game in the near future.
PC players have had the field of view slider since Warzone's release back in 2020. The absence of this feature in consoles may be due to hardware restrictions as the scale of Warzone is immensely larger than regular Multiplayer.
