During the Essence of Aether Tier 3 mission for Act 2, Dr. Jansen will task you to deploy into Urzikstan and collect Essence samples from three containers scattered around the map. Here's where you can locate the sample at Rostova Shops.
Rostova Shops location in MW3 Zombies
Rostova Shops is situated to the southeast of Levin Resort, which is a major POI in the northwestern section of the map. On the map, I've indicated the exact location of the place you need to visit to find the container. It'll be at a small cluster of buildings by the edge of the orange Medium Threat Zone.
At the marked location, you'll find a two-storey building with several openings (first image). Enter this structure and look for a computer table with the container on the ground floor (second image). Stand next to the container and the prompt to Collect Essence Sample will pop up on your screen.
Once the Rostova Shops quest item has been collected, you can go ahead and get the other two samples from Quadri Shopping Center and Hamza Bazaar to complete the Essence of Aether mission.
As mentioned before, Rostova Shops is situated in the Medium Threat Zone, which means you'll encounter stronger and more agile Zombies there. Therefore, I advise you to bring a Pack-a-Punched weapon if you plan to stay and explore. Moreover, don't tread too far from the objective as the Legacy Fortress, a Terminus Outcomes PMC stronghold, is in the vicinity.
