How to Hire Staff in Cat Cafe Manager

In Cat Cafe Manager, players will need to Hire Staff to help serve the customers when the business starts growing. Hiring Staff will allow you to manage the Cafe better and multitask at the same time. Simply visit the Shrine and start the Staff Hiring Project under Services to Hire Staff. 

How to unlock Community Notice Board

Completing the Staff Hiring Project by collecting 100 Delight unlocks the Community Notice Board. This is where players will find job offer cards. Select a Service or Cooking Staff from the cards to get added help. Some Staff members will come with special Traits. Once they are employed, you can improve their Staff Skill by giving them tasks around the Cafe to unlock more Traits.

After meeting the primary characters and visiting the Shrine, players will have to earn Delight to complete Projects. The starting Projects require 100 Delight and unlock specific recipes, feline skills, decoration options, and service essentials. You will earn Delight by satisfying the customers at the Cafe. Needless to say, it is essential to build relationships with the townsfolk to run a successful Cat Cafe and get all sorts of rare items as rewards.
