How to get a Deadlock playtest referral

The best way to get an invitation to play Deadlock is to visit the dedicated subreddit r/DeadlockTheGame and head to the invites megathread. You can also visit the unofficial Deadlock Discord server. You can only receive an invite from a Steam friend, meaning you have to find a Deadlock player and add them as a friend on your Steam account. Follow the instructions below to get the Deadlock invite.

How to get a Deadlock invite via Reddit

  1. Visit the Deadlock subreddit and head to the invites megathread pinned at the top.
  2. In this megathread, you'll see posts from Deadlock players willing to invite others to the game. Send a friend request via Steam.
  3. Wait until they respond and send you an invite. Be patient, as the invitation process takes some time.
  4. When you receive an invitation message from Steam, accept it, download the game, and play it.

How to receive a Deadlock invite via Discord

  1. Join the Deadlock community Discord server.
  2. Head to the #giveaways channel.
