Destiny 2 The Prophet God Rolls and Possible Perks

The end is coming.

Destiny 2's Tex Mechanica knows how to make one hell of a gun, and its 120 RPM scout rifle frame is a love letter to those with an affinity for lever-action rifles. If Spire of the Watcher's Long Arm was an electric proof of concept, then The Prophet is a stone-cold killer with the proper God Roll.

To add The Prophet to your collection, you'll need to face off against the sweatiest of PvP players in Trials of Osiris. Destiny 2 The Prophet God Rolls

PvE God Roll

This weapon archetype is buttery smooth in its operation and embodies that premium FPS experience that Bungie is renowned for. However, the reload time for it isn't all that great. This roll works to counteract that with Flared Magwell, Tex Balanced Stock, and Masterworked Reload Speed. Interspersing hip fire shots along with ADS yields even greater potential, all while explosions abound thanks to Demolitionist and Explosive Payload.

  • Smallbore: Increases Range and Stability by 7.
  • Flared Magwell: Increases Reload Speed by 15 and Stability by 5.
  • Demolitionist: Weapon kills grant 10% grenade ability energy. Throwing a grenade within (3) seconds of the buff refills the magazine.
  • Explosive Payload: Shots create an AoE detonation upon impact.
  • Tex Balanced Stock: Dealing damage when firing from the hip increases Handling, Reload Speed, and Movement Speed while aiming down sights.
  • Masterworked Reload Speed: Increases Reload Speed by 10.
  • Freehand Grip: Increases accuracy and ready speed while firing from the hip.

PvP God Roll

The Prophet is bound to introduce some interesting changes to Trials of Osiris thanks to its inclusion of Headstone. Players that can eliminate another Guardian with a precision shot will spawn a Stasis crystal on that spot. This can be used as cover or turned into shrapnel with other Stasis abilities. You'll want to have a strong secondary weapon for close encounters, but The Prophet should make you quite the threat at a distance.

  • Smallbore: Increases Range and Stability by 7.
  • Flared Magwell: Increases Reload Speed by 15 and Stability by 5.
  • Keep Away: Increases Reload, Range, and Accuracy when no targets are within 15 meters.
  • Headstone: Precision final blows spawn a Stasis crystal at the victim's location.
  • Alacrity: Increases Range and Stability by 20, Reload Speed by 50, and Aim Assist by 10 when you are the last living member of your fireteam or running solo.
  • Masterworked Stability: Increases Stability by 10.
  • Quick Access Sling: Decreases ready and stow animations by 10%.
