How to claim rewards in Bonfire Bash in Destiny 2

Bonfire Bash is a revised version of the prior EAZ event that would take place during Solstice of Heroes. With SoH being rebranded as Solstice (amongst other changes), it's clear that Bungie intends to shake things up for 2022. So, with a new activity to complete must come loot, and some Guardians are wondering how to claim it.

Destiny 2 Bonfire Bash Rewards

After completing the Bonfire Bash activity, a phase will begin where Guardians can collect their rewards. Some of it, like the Silver Ash, is awarded automatically upon completion. The rest of the loot will drop at the base of the bonfire in the center of the map. Just like a chest at the end of a Strike that spews forth its riches, Guardians can collect their hard-earned gains from this twisted bundle of branches and twigs.

Bonfire Bash can be started once Guardians have made some progress into Eva Levante's introductory quest. The actual activity can be launched from the Tower destination within the Director or at the podium next to Eva Levante in the Tower itself.

Guardians will want to be wearing a full set of Candescent armor for increased rewards upon completing the event. Additionally, make sure to have 20 Silver Leaves so you can max out the potential 100 Silver Ash! There's a lot to remember and keep track of, especially as the event is brand new this year. But we have faith in you, Guardian. Go forth and conquer!
