In order to get the Serpentine Skin ornament, you will have to reset your rank with The Drifter once. You can reset your rank every time you hit rank 16 with a vendor in Destiny 2. After you've reset your rank, you will have to make your way to rank 16 once again. Only then will you be able to claim the Serpentine Skin ornament in Destiny 2.
How to rank up fast with The Drifter in Destiny 2
Grinding for rank in Gambit can be a very tiring process. Gambit matches last longer than Vanguard Strikes and Crucible matches. However, if you have a strong fireteam, and with a little bit of luck, you can complete Gambit matches quite quickly.
