With three weeks to complete a set of 16 Triumphs during The Dawning, Guardians will be pushed hard to present plates of quality baked goods to obtain the prestigious title of Star Baker. These challenges range from baking to simply murdering a bunch of enemies while running a variety of activities. Because nothing says holiday spirit like shooting aliens in the face so you can harvest ingredients from them for baking. Here's your shopping list to earn this festive moniker.

Core Triumphs

  • Dawn of the Dawning
    • Complete the Dawning introduction quests, "Bake a Cookie" and "Give a Gift to Zavala."
  • Amateur Baker
    • Bake six of the cookies in the Dawning Oven.
  • Snowball Ops
    • Defeat 100 combatants with snowballs in the Vanguard Ops Playlist.
  • Snowball Dares
    • Defeat 100 combatants with snowballs in Dares of Eternity.
  • Adept Baker
    • Bake 13 of the cookies in the Dawning Oven.
  • Expert Baker
    • Bake 20 of the cookies in the Dawning Oven.
  • Bake-stravaganza
    • Bake 50 cookies in the Dawning Oven.
  • Shopping Spree
    • Purchase all 12 Dawning upgrades from Eva with Dawning spirit.
  • Thundersnow
    • Defeat 800 combatants or Guardians with Arc weapons or abilities.
  • Snowmelt
    • Defeat 800 combatants or Guardians with Solar weapons or abilities.
  • They Call it sNOw
    • Defeat 800 combatants or Guardians with Void weapons or abilities.
  • Deep Freeze
    • Defeat 800 combatants or Guardians with Stasis weapons or abilities.
  • Vanguard Eternity
    • Complete Vanguard Ops or Dares of Eternity activities.
  • Competitive Spirit
    • Complete Crucible or Gambit matches.
  • Nightmare Seraph Before Dawning
    • Complete Nightmare Containments or Heist Battlegrounds.
  • With Light Comes Dawn-ing
    • Complete 100 activities in Savathun's throne world.

Gilded Triumphs

  • Frozen Doom
    • Defeat 400 combatants with Snowballs.
  • Reason for the Season
    • Give 100 Dawning gifts to vendors.
  • Joyous Spirit
    • Spend 500 Dawning Spirit.
  • Cheerful Destruction
    • Defeat 2000 combatants with Dawning weapons.

Gilding the Seal simply means that Guardians have gone above and beyond to complete four additional Triumphs. This turns the title from a delightful shade of purple to a more distinguished orange. It lets others know that you are, in fact, better than them.
