Destiny 2's Lightfall has a lot of new Triumphs for you to do. One of these is The City and the Mystery in Neomuna. This has plenty of challenges and activities you can complete. One of these puzzles involves Triangulating Transmissions. If you don't know what that exactly means, it can be confusing. However, it's easier to finish it once you know what you're looking for.

How to find the Beacon Transmission in Destiny 2

This is the third and last step of The City and the Mystery Triumph. You need to look for a device that looks like a glowing beacon attached to a surface. It looks out of place, so identifying it should not be an issue. Even though its location is totally random, you can start your search on the ship in Liming Harbor.

Once you've found it, it will try to transmit to your next objective, which is a transmitter that has a brown color and an orange display. The beacon will beep and notify you if you're too far from or too close to the station. The course of action is to go in one direction until it tells you otherwise.

After a bit of trial and error, you should end up on the transmitter, which you can then go ahead and deactivate. After this, you're pretty much done, with a chest to open appearing nearby.
