Is the Warpriest in Destiny 2?

Make sure to check your sources.

Since The Witch Queen expansion and Hive Guardians became a thing, places like Reddit have made spoof posts of the new blueberries asking for help and advice. They usually take the form of advice like the Warpriest selling a god roll or showing off a fancy new piece of Hive-exclusive gear.

One such post recently popped up on r/destiny2 stating the Warpriest has a god roll of Defiance of Yasmin. Long-time Guardians will recognize the Warpriest as an encounter in the King's Fall Raid in the original Destiny. Despite sporting an iconic look, the Warpriest was put down and has yet to receive a Ghost. As such, the Warpriest doesn't actually appear in Destiny 2.
