It would appear that the Hive Warpriest from the King's Fall Raid in Destiny 1 has procured itself a Ghost and is now a rep vendor for Hive Guardians in Destiny 2. A post on Reddit has appeared, showing the new vendor loaded with desirable stock.
The post reports that the elite Hive Knight is selling a god roll of the Defiance of Yasmin Legendary sniper rifle. It comes loaded with Aggressive Frame, Triple Tap, Firing Line, and Light Logic.

In addition to the Defiance of Yasmin weapon, the Warpriest is also selling Passage tokens for the popular public event, another Legendary weapon, some upgrade modules, and an Exotic engram. Apparently, the Hive vendors have also figured out to sell items at a higher Light Level as the Vanguard still offers items much lower than that.
Additionally, it would appear that the Warpriest is the vendor for the Trials of Oryx, the Hive equivalent of the Trials of Osiris. Joke posts like these began to appear when Hive Guardians were first unveiled. Since then, they have become more prevalent and proven to be popular with the community.
