Diablo 4 Season of Blood will feature five new endgame bosses to keep the endgame challenge fresh for the players and reward them with new loot, some unique to a particular boss. With each boss having a variety of Unique items they can drop, players might want to target farm them if they need something from their drop list.
However, specific requirements must be met for the players to encounter them. Here is a complete list of the new endgame bosses and their needs:

The most noticeable change is that we now have a specific enemy that we know for certain has a chance to drop Uber Unique items. This knowledge makes Duriel a prime candidate for target farming since the Uber Unique items are known to be very elusive, the only prerequisite for them to drop so far being to farm level 85+ enemies.
