An update for Diablo 4 Season 2 introduced the Training Dummy to the game. This much-requested feature is perfect for those who want to test out their damage.
If you're looking for the location of the Training Dummy, luckily, it's easy to reach. Here's where you can find the Training Dummy is in D4.
Where is the Training Dummy in Diablo 4?
The Training Dummy can be found in the Training Hall located in Kyovashad.
Here, as briefly mentioned, you can test the limits of your build's damage by attacking the sole training present. While this solo dummy is a great indicator for single-target DPS (Damage Over Time), the Training Hall allows you to configure the type of dummy you want to use.

How to configure the Training Dummy in Diablo 4
To configure the dummy, talk to the stationary Configure Training Dummy statue located near the training dummy itself.
Doing so will open a dialogue with the statue, which gives you several options to modify the training dummy:
- Normal Training Dummy - The default setting you have when you first enter the Training Hall. This is just a single training that you can attack that imitates the stats of a normal fodder enemy.
- Elite Training Dummy - This training dummy imitates the stats of an Elite enemy in Diablo 4, meaning your bonus stats toward Elite enemies will take effect.
- Boss Training Dummy - This training dummy imitates the stats of a Boss enemy in Diablo 4, meaning all your bonus stats toward Boss enemies will take effect. In addition, the Boss training dummy also allows you to test your CC (Crowd Control) efficiency, as it has CC gates enabled.
- Single Training Dummy - This Training Dummy appears identical to the Normal Training Dummy, and has no visible difference between the two.
- Multiple Training Dummies - As the name of this option suggests, this spawns in five Training Dummies that allow you to test your AOE capabilities.
