You must restart your console or gaming PC to solve the error code 75 in Diablo 4. You will likely have an update queued the next time you log into your Battle.net account, or your console, requiring you to update your game and bring it to the most current client version. My colleague reported an update of over 700 megabytes. After downloading and installing the update, the game client ran normally, and he could enter the Diablo 4 login queue.
