To start the Escape Claws quest, players need to visit the Dream Castle to enter through the Monsters, Inc. realm door. This door will lead you to the laugh floor where the Escape Claws quest will begin automatically.

After this, investigate the metallic door to the Laugh Floor which is exactly straight ahead. The door is visible immediately after entering the realm. Check the image above to see what it looks like.

To enter through the door, search for something to disguise yourself as a monster. You will find a storage on your right just as you enter this realm. Interact with it, and find the Lost and Found Monster Wear bag.

To do this, click on your Inventory to find Sulley's face under the Requests tab in the Wardrobe section. There, you will find the hat and two different ears. Choose any one of the ears you like and put on the hat. After completing your disguise as a monster, take a photo. Check the image above to see my fun outfit as a monster.

Now, head back to the metallic door, interact with it, and you'll be able to unlock it. Inside, you will find both Sulley and Mike. Speak to Sulley and you will be tasked to do the following:

  • 4x Slug Slime Puddles
  • 8x Party Trash

The Party Trash can be found easily all around the laugh floor. Simply interact with them and they will vanish. Check the image above to see how it looks. You need to remove four Slug Slime Puddles and eight Party Trash to complete this step.

Once done with the task, speak to Sulley again. This time, you need to prepare two recipes:

  • The Wazowski Special
  • Sulley's Coffee

To make the recipes, you need to use the coffee machine on the table, which can be found outside the Laugh Floor. To find the recipes, interact with the paper pinned on the board just beside the coffee machine. Now, collect the items needed to make the recipes, which can be found on the same table.
