Once they are back, you can start their friendship quests by increasing the level of friendship. After this quest becomes available, speak to Sulley and then to Scrooge. Now, speak to the following villagers about a videotape:

  • Ursula
  • Mickey
  • Goofy

After speaking to all three villagers, you will be tasked with finding the videotape in a deep and dark place at the beach.

To find the videotape, head to the Mystical Cave in Dazzle Beach. Enter the cave, take the right, and head to the absolute bottom. There, you will find the videotape, but to extract it, you need to use the pickaxe. Once you have it, head back to Sulley and proceed with the next steps of the quest.

Next, you will be tasked to craft the Big Scream TV, and for that you require the following materials:

  • 50x Fiber: To craft Fiber, you need to gather Seaweed, which can be found by fishing in open water anywhere in the valley.
  • 20x Softwood: Softwood can be found from the ground in the Peaceful Meadow, Plaza, Forest of Valor, and Glade of Trust.
  • 10x Glass: To craft Glass, you require Sand and Coal Ore. Sand can be found by digging around Dazzle Beach, and Coal Ore can be easily found by mining around the biomes.
