How to complete The Crown or the Claw in Disney Dreamlight Valley

In Disney Dreamlight Valley, the Enchanted Adventure update has brought new characters such as Belle and the Beast. Players are eager to complete their questline right after bringing them back into the valley, including The Crown or the Claw (level 7) for the Beast. Here's how you can do it in Disney Dreamlight Valley.

How to start the Crown or the Claw quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To start the Crow or the Claw quest, players will need to reach level 7 and complete the previous quests for the Beast such as the Prince in Disguise, Be Our Friend. In addition to this, players will have to maximize their level of friendship. To do that quickly, gift Beast his favorite things for the day.

After unlocking the level 7 quest, the Crown or the Claw, players will have to follow Beast to see him confront Mother Gothel. Once the conversation is over between them, speak to the Beast.

The next step is to let the Beast cool off for a while and you need to speak to Mother Gothel to get her side of the story. After speaking to Mother Gothel, do not go back to the Beast because he won't speak to you. The task is to speak to Mother Gothel and let the Beast calm down. While doing this part of the quest, I had to wait around two hours before the Beast was ready to talk.

Come back after some time and then speak to him in his castle (wherever you placed it in the valley).

How to find the broken pieces of furniture in Beast's castle in Disney Dreamlight Valley

After speaking to the Beast, you will be tasked to pick up the broken pieces of furniture. You will find the five pieces of furniture on your right just as you enter his castle. See the image above to see how it would look. Next, collect the following items to repair his furniture:

• Hardwood (12)
• Softwood (20)
• Drywood (10)
• Fabric (5)

Now, you need to repair the following furniture at a crafting station.

How to make the Repaired Regal Plush Couch in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To make the Repaired Regal Plush Couch, go to any crafting station (I used the one at my house). Once you start using a station, a giant Crafting Recipes menu will pop up. Click on the Furniture tab, and select the Repaired Regal Plush Couch. Check the image above to see how the furniture looks. After this, you need to make one more item and head to the Beast.

How to make the Repaired Regal Low Table in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To make the Repaired Regal Regal Low Table, once again use the crafting station by clicking on the Furniture tab. Now, select the Repaired Regal Low Table. Check the image above to see how this piece looks. After repairing both pieces of furniture, head back to the Beast in his castle to give him the items.

The next step of the quest is to craft a Mirror of True Seeing and place it just at the entrance of the Giant Willow Tree.

How to Craft the Mirror of True Seeing in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To craft the Mirror of True Seeing for Mother Gothel, you need the following items:

• Gold ingot (1)
• Purified night shard (3)
• Glass (3)
• Dream shard (5)

To craft it, use any crafting station. I used the one at my house. After crafting it, place it at the entrance of the Giant Willow Tree (house of Mother Gothel) in the Glade of Trust biome.

To place it, access the mirror by pressing I for the inventory and then clicking on the Furniture tab. See the image above to see where I kept it and how it looks.

After this, speak to Mother Gothel and then to the Beast to complete the The Crown or the Claw in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
