Disney Dreamlight Valley brings Jack Wellington and players cannot wait to start his questline. One of the first quests after unlocking him is The Pumpkin King Returns and here's what you need to do.
Disney Dreamlight Valley The Pumpkin King Returns quest guide
The Pumpkin King Returns is a Level 2 quest for Jack and it will become available after you unlock the character. Additionally, you need to increase your friendship to Level 2 to start this quest. To do this, you can gift something to Jack preferably his favorite things of the day.
Once The Pumpkin King Returns begins, speak to Olaf. Upon speaking to him, you will be tasked to prepare a Chocolate Ice Cream.
How to make Chocolate Ice Cream in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To make a Chocolate Ice Cream for Olaf, you need the following ingredients:
- Cocoa Bean: You can find it growing on trees in the Sunlit Plateau and Glade of Trust.
- Sugarcane: You can buy Sugarcane seeds from Goofy's stall at the Dazzle Beach for 29 Star Coins.
- Milk: Milk can be purchased from Remy's pantry for 230 Star Coins.
- Slush Ice: You can purchase Slush Ice for 150 Star Coins from Remy's pantry.
After gathering all the ingredients, use any cooking station. I used the one available at Chez Remy's. Put all the items in the pot and don't forget to use one piece of Coal Ore to start the cooking process. Take the dish to Olaf and speak to Jack Skellington.
After this, speak to Ursula, and introduce Jack. Next, you will be tasked to gather the following items:
- Amethyst: Purple-colored gem that can be found from the rock nodes in the Frosted Heights and Forgotten Lands.
- White Passion Lily: This can be gathered easily from the Frosted Heights biome.
- Red Nasturtium: This flower can be found in the Forgotten Lands.
- Gooseberry: It can be found growing on bushes in the Frosted Heights and Forgotten Lands.
After gathering all the items, head back to Ursula. Now speak to Jack and listen to his conversation with Mother Gothel. Once that is done, speak to the Pumpkin King again, and you will be tasked to make a throne for him.
How to craft the Pumpkin King's Throne in Disney Dreamlight Valley
To craft the Pumpkin King's Throne, you need to gather the following items:
- 31 Pumpkin: You can purchase Pumpkin seeds for 996 Star Coins from Goofy's Stall in the Forgotten Lands.
- 10 Darkwood: You can find it from the ground in the Forgotten Lands.
After gathering the materials, head to any crafting station, and interact with it. Upon doing so, a menu will pop up, simply select the item from the Furniture tab. Check the image above to see how it looks.
Finally, you need to place the Pumpkin King's Throne anywhere in the valley. I chose to put it at the Forgotten Lands where his house is located. Lastly, take a picture of the throne with Jack Skellington and speak to him one last time to conclude The Pumpkin King Returns quest in Disney Dreamlight Valley.
