Where to find Mirabel’s Golden Door Knob in Disney Dreamlight Valley

Not only did the Festival of Friendship update bring in a whole new Star Path, but it also welcomed some exciting new characters as well, like Mirabel from Encanto. You can add these characters to your Valley and complete some unique quests to start building your friendship with them. Here's how you can unlock Mirabel.

How to unlock Mirabel in Disney Dreamlight Valley

To unlock Mirabel and bring her into your village, you'll need to find the golden door knob. There isn't any quest that prompts this search. You'll just have to take a quick trip around Peaceful Valley and locate it where it randomly spawns. We found it right beside the stairs leading down to Dazzle Beach, but it may show up somewhere else for you.

After collecting the door knob, you'll need to take it to Merlin to discuss. He'll give you some tasks to complete to ensure the Valley is safe for the Madrigal family home to return.

This is what you'll need to do:

• Take pictures with different Villagers: 3
• Give different Villagers their favorite gifts: 2
• Have daily discussions with different Villagers: 2

These can be easy to complete, especially if you look for Villagers who would like a flower as their favorite gift. Then return to Merlin for the second part of the quest.

You'll need to collect 500 Dreamlight. This can be done by completing tasks in the Dreamlight menu.

Different tasks will help you accumulate Dreamlight. You can claim it once the tasks are complete by heading to this menu and clicking on the ones that say 'Collect.' Chances are you already have plenty of Dreamlight saved up, so you won't have to worry about this step too much.

Bring the Dreamlight to Merlin, and then you can place down Mini Casita anywhere you'd like in the Valley. This will welcome Mirabel into your town, and you can begin completing quests to level up your friendship with her.
