If you want to complete this side-quest for the Turtle at Master Roshi's house, you will need to locate yourself a particular farmer who will have it for you. How to Get the Royal Tomato
If you're looking to complete the Tough Break for Turtle quest, you will need to gather the following supplies: 6 Eggs, 7 Rice, and a single Royal Tomato. The first two are easy, but where exactly do you get a Royal Tomato? Well, you will need to talk to a specific farmer. To find the farmer, you will need to go to travel to Goku's House which is the Southeast Mountains Area on the World Map. Open up your Area Map and look for the quest marker, you'll see it to the northwest of Goku's House.

How to Get Great Energetic Fish
These are pretty easy to get, just head to any ocean area. You can head to Kame's House or anywhere you can see birds flying around and there's fish to be found underwater. Fly under the sea and look for the glowing schools of fish and just go right through them. You should gather them up relatively quickly, and once you do you will need to head back to the farmer!
Hand over 10 of the fish to the farmer and he will reward you with the Royal Tomato! Now that you have all of the ingredients, just go back to the Turtle for your reward.
