Dogs, cats, fish, wolves are all part of the Fortnite universe, and it's a treat for animal lovers to own some of these unique cosmetics. Some of these skins may return with daily rotations in the Item Shop, whereas others were part of the battle pass for a specific season. Here are five of the best animal skins players can have in Fortnite.

Dire

Dire - Tier 100

Dire stands on top of the list as one of the oldest yet most popular animal skins in Fortnite. Added in Fortnite Chapter 1 Season 6, the outfit could be unlocked by reaching level 100 in the premium battle pass. The half-human half-werewolf skin became quite popular, and fans wanted to see more animal skins like this one in-game.

The outfit had four edit styles which could be unlocked by completing specific in-game challenges. Unfortunately, Dire won't return in the Item Shop, making it one of the rarest animal skins in the game.

Quackling

Quackling

Quackling is added as an NPC in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1, but the outfit first arrived in the item shop back in Chapter 2 Season 2. Quackling is classified as an uncommon outfit and costs around 800 V-Bucks. The outfit was last seen 277 days ago, on April 8, 2021.

The Cuddle Team Leader outfit is a Legendary which featured in the Royal Hearts bundle. It was introduced in Fortnite Chapter 1 Season 2, making it one of the oldest animal skins in the game.

Players can currently find the Cuddle Team Leader in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 at the Camp Cuddle POI. The outfit costs around 2000 V-Bucks, which makes it the most expensive animal outfit in Fortnite.

Dutch

Dutch

Dutch arrived in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 as a Rare outfit that cost around 1,200 V-Bucks. The elegant suit for a bunny character reminded fans of the White Rabbit from Alice In Wonderland.

The outfit was last seen 277 days ago, on April 8, 2021. Animal skin fans can purchase this outfit once it returns to the Item Shop in the future.

Fishstick

Fishstick

Fishstick is undoubtedly the most fan-favorite animal skin in Fortnite. Over the years, numerous other variants for Fishstick were released in the Item Shop, including the World Cup 2019 edition.

Fishstick has become an important character in Fortnite's cinematics, and he was heavily featured in the Batman Zero Point comic book series. The Fishstick outfit costs around 1,200 V-Bucks and players can purchase it once it returns in Item Shop rotations.
