Where is the Shell or High Water landmark in Fortnite Chapter 3?

Fancy people live here.

Shell or High Water is a landmark in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1 that still holds a lot of snow. The mansion has many chests inside, so it's a great landing spot for players who want to use the pink car outside.

On the map below, you can see where this landmark is located. Shell or High Water is northwest of Sleepy Sound and northeast of Logjam Lumberyard.

It is located at the northern end of the map, and it is all by itself, so it is unlikely that other players will stop here before the other areas nearer the towns. Be sure to go up the stairs first if you land here, as there are weapons in the rooms, and it is easier to defend yourself from the high ground if you are being followed.

Due to its out-of-the-way location, we recommend this landing zone for newcomers. Players can stock up and use the car to travel to another location without worrying about a fight right after landing. Make Sleepy Sound your next destination if you land at Shell or High Water, just to take advantage of all the loot.
