You can earn some awesome Solid Snake skins and accessories with the Solid Snake quests, but you can also find him as an NPC hidden on the map. He is an asset to your game, so here's where to find him in Fortnite!
Solid Snake Map Location in Fortnite Chapter 5
Snake is known for his stealth, so of course, he wouldn't be anywhere obvious. In fact, you won't find him at any named locations or POIs. Instead, he is hiding away on an unnamed island just off the northern coast of the mainland. Head directly north from Lavish Lair, and he'll be lounging on a beach chair in front of a makeshift beach with bowling pins.
If he isn't lounging in his chair, do a sweep of the island to see if he has wandered off. If you can't find him on the island at all, someone has probably already hired him.

How to hire Solid Snake in Fortnite
Snake, just like all NPCs, is interactive. Speaking to him will give you a few options: buying some items he has in stock or hiring him. He sells EMPs and Cardboard Boxes, perfect for completing some of those Solid Snake quests or doing your own stealth ops mission. You can also hire him for 250 Gold Bars.
Hiring him is well worth it. He will accompany you around the map with his sniper, allowing him to cover you from afar. One of his best actions (which was very handy for me) is throwing down EMPs. He throws them every few minutes and will detect all loot and enemies nearby. Sadly, he can be defeated by enemy players with a few shots.
Solid Snake is well worth visiting in your matches, not only for the stealth items for sale but also for hiring as a companion. He will watch your back at all times and keep you one step ahead of your opponents with his EMPs. Save up your Gold Bars and hire him!
