To solve this puzzle, you need to go through all six given hints and determine the order of the books on the shelf. Start with the calculation in the third hint, which tells you that One Thousand Magical Herbs and Fungi is in spot number 3. Next, use the second hint to put Magical Theory in the first spot and A Beginner's Guide to Transfiguration in the second spot.

The first hint will then place A History of Magic in the last place on the shelf. Move to hint number six, which places Magical Beasts and Where to Find Them in number 7. Hint 5 will then put The Dark Forces: A Guide to Self-Protection in fifth while hint four puts Magical Drafts and Potions in spot 4. Put The Standard Book of Spells (1) into the final slot, number 6, to get the answer 34567182.

The Ollivander shop is a rebus puzzle. To solve it, you'll need to take each image, convert it into words, and make the changes written around it to create part of the name of the wand's wood and cores. For example, the first clue shows a picture of a lock with b added in front of it and the letter o made equal to a. Add b to the word lock to form block, then change the o to an a to get black. Do this for all the images to get the final answer, black walnut dragon heartstring. Type it in exactly as I did here or you'll get an error.

Bertie Bott's Every Flavour Beans

The solution for the Bertie Botts Every Flavour Beans puzzle in Hogwarts Escape Room

To solve this puzzle, you must divide each number in the sequence by 4, the number of Bertie Botts boxes you purchased. Dividing 531 by 4 gives you 132.75, which doesn't correspond to the numbers of the yellow jelly beans. However, dividing 687 by 4 gives you 171.75, so you know that the first number in the code is 1 and the second number is 4. Dividing 171.75 by 4 gives you 42.94, which turns into 10.73 when it is divided. Use the numbers on the jelly beans above all of these numbers to get the code 1467.
