Will GhostWire Tokyo be on PC?

Can you fight off evil Japanese spirits on PC?

GhostWire: Tokyo, the latest game from Bethesda Softworks and Tango Gameworks, has a deal in place with Sony to be a timed PlayStation 5 console exclusive. However, since the deal is only for the game to be console exclusive, you may be wondering if it will be released on PC as well.

While this game does have console exclusivity deals with PlayStation, GhostWire: Tokyo will still be released on PC alongside the PS5. The title is available for pre-purchase on Steam and will be playable on March 25, 2022, the same day it is playable on PS5. This game will launch on Xbox Game Pass at some point in the future, but at the earliest, this will be in 2023.

GhostWire: Tokyo puts players into the shoes of the supernatural protagonist, Akito. The game is set in Tokyo, where the citizens have mysteriously vanished. Akito must use his newly awakened powers to defend Tokyo against evil spirits that have overtaken the city and uncover the mystery of where everyone vanished to.

So there you have it, GhostWire: Tokyo is launching on PC as well as on PS5. Anyone excited to jump into a version of Tokyo with ghosts and supernatural powers can do so on March 25, 2022.
