How to get Sigils in Granblue Fantasy Relink
At the beginning of the game, each character has one Sigil slot. As you progress through the game, you can unlock two more. You can get both of them at Sierokarte’s Knickknack Shack. You can buy one for Treasures, and you can exchange one for Gold Dalilas. Once you unlock Proud difficulty, you can transmute a Sigil, which gives you a Sigil that is a combination of two skills you can buy from the shop. The latter method is purely based on RNG, and it's not very reliable.
