The best SR characters in Anchor Panic are Antilope, Dione, Centaurea, and Deling. They are solid tanks/supports that will be useful even later when more characters are released. However, they still aren't as good as the best SSRs.

The best character on the Onboarding Link banner is Alice. She is a really solid DPS that will be worth using well into the future. Also, don't bother with trying to get 2 SSRs, as it's hardcoded and you'll always get only one SSR.
