The units of S Tier will easily carry you to victory and make for best team compositions in Chasers: No Gacha.

Elia Balance, Striker	+ Great range, 4-hit combo buffs her attack speed, additional Critical Rate buff as a passive + Very strong Ultimate skill that further buffs all her attacks and skills - Skills require a bit more energy
Canna Mystery, Guardian	+ High survivability, reduces damage taken when she hits enemies, good crowd control abilities with target pull + Great damage output on Ultimate with big AoE, also debuffs all targets further - Basic attacks are somewhat slow
Nano Creation, Ranger	+ Free at the very beginning of the game + Very high damage output, excellent range of all skills + Basic attacks lock her onto the targets for extra ease of energy collection, super low effort to play + Skill 2 deals huge damage as well
Bethel Wave, Supporter	+ Currently the only healer in the game, with the Ultimate which heals allies in a fairly big area, also damages enemies + Basic attacks are homing rays and easy to spam, ensuring they always hit and restore energy - Skill 1 may miss entirely if you're not positioned correctly

A Tier Characters - Invest After You've Gotten the S Tier Chasers

Ha-rin Wave, Ranger	+ Mid range on basic attacks + Great Ultimate range that has good damage output - Quick Draw mechanic takes forever to take advantage of
Shion Mystery, Striker	+ High output of damage on Ultimate across all of visible level + Bonus damage dealt to Boss enemies make the usage of the AoE Ultimate good even on Bosses - Nature of her Attack buffs requires her to keep hitting enemies, meaning she will easily lose buffs off-field - Her Obsession mechanic is reliant on many enemies being on the field
Sherry Balance, Guardian	+ Ultimate restores energy for the party, with decent damage too + A fun skill that can damage enemies for a long while, and you can also move for the duration - Ultimate's range is smaller than it looks, and it can miss

B Tier Characters to Pick Only If You Have to

The units in B tier can fill their roles well, but are usually more hassle to use than they're worth.

Bellona Mystery, Ranger	+ Shorter cooldown on Ultimate than on most other units, deals decent amount of damage, but narrow range + Drone has two modes, either buffs attack or defense of the team respectively - Drone damage is mostly negligent, attack type drone only attacks while Bellona is on the field
Chermilla Creation,	+ She can restore her own health with basic attacks, that also have good range + Her skill and Ultimate both deal a decent amount of damage - The tradeoff of amount of her health lost to build up bleed DoT on enemies and energy regeneration on allies is not worth it

C Tier Characters - Too Difficult to Play

C tier units have some glaring issues that can't be overlooked and make them difficult to play or simply not worth.

Jangsan Creation, Striker	+ Deals very high damage on Ultimate - Very small range so you will have to stay on the move to deliver blows - Constant moving to land more hits for energy means high energy requirements will be more difficult to fulfill
Lathia Wave, Guardian	+ Good synergy with Nano who is also free, Ultimate can be a good buff + Free at the start of the game - Her Attack buffs mean little because she deals little damage - You can easily push enemies out of her Ultimate at times, rendering it useless
