Demon's Souls PS5 how long to beat

Demon's Souls PS5 will vary on how long it takes to beat it, but when compared to the PlayStation 3 version, it'll take roughly between 50 to 70 hours. 50 to 70 hours is a casual playthrough, but as the game is notoriously difficult, time will seem to fly in exchange for increased frustration. If you want to complete everything the game has to offer, you're easily looking at 100+ hours.

If you're an average gamer or have played through the original once before, it'll be about 30 to 50 hours to complete the main game. More if you are exploring every area, or are farming souls.

New content is being added to Demon's Souls but no new areas or bosses, so it's safe to say that veterans of the game will still know exactly what they are doing when they replay it on November 12. Though because nothing new area/boss wise is being added, it's safe to use the PS3 data, as the only difference being is the graphics, and it'll be extremely interesting to see if the enhanced graphics will increase the longevity of the game when compared to the PlayStation 3 version, when Demon's Souls releases November 12.

However, for you speedrunners out there who can complete the game in under an hour, it'll be interesting to see if the new graphics throws off the tricks and timing for certain skips. Or will they even work at all, and a whole new routine has to be created to speedrun Demon's Souls again.
