The key part of progression in Hytale is finding the next tier of Ores, upgrading your crafting workbenches and making new gear with those ores. Below I'll show you how to find all of them and how to farm them. Here's my full guide on all Hytale Ore locations and farming spots.
How to Find All Ores in Hytale
Below you'll find a table of all Ores in Hytale, their locations and best farming spots. You can mine all of them with an Iron Pickaxe (Even Adamantite) and Copper and Iron can even be mined with the starting Pickaxe. For farming, I recommend bringing a horse for faster movement, decent weapons for mobs, plenty of cooked food and a chest to store Ore after mining rotations so that it doesn't drop when you die (You can move chests around easily).
Tip #1: You can click on some Ore names in the left-most column for a more in-depth guide on how to find that ore.
Tip #2: Since you can mine almost all ores with an Iron Pickaxe, your best investment with a new ore is usually weapons and armor instead of tools.
Tip #3: Adamantite is generally seen as being better than Mythril so keep that in mind if you're struggling to find Mythril

| Mithril | I haven't found a reliable way to farm Mithril That said, I've found some Mithril in the bottom layers of the Volcanic Islands (Zone 4 area) and also in caves beneath the Tundra biome | I've also got some Mithril drops from the Volcanic Island mobs like the boss skeleton |
You can click on almost every Ore name in the column on the left to go to a full guide for that ore and get more details. I'll be updating the one for Mithril as soon as I have more info.
