Can you respec in Icarus?

Not happy with your choices?

Icarus is a multiplayer survival game where players will have to overcome some tough odds. As they play, they will gain experience and level up, which allows them to select talents and blueprints. As each selection is permanent, players may be wondering if they respec in Icarus.

The answer to that is no—players cannot respec in Icarus unless they create a completely new character. This means that each talent and blueprint that you select will be tied to that character forever. Short of dying and making a new character, all choices are permanent.

While this is unfortunate, players will earn many points to use as they play. The game has a path that features lower-level talents and blueprints that ramp up as they continue to level up. This system does well to teach the player the basics before difficulty and complexity increase.

When leveling up and selecting both talents and blueprints, make sure that is the decision you want to make. Keep grinding away, and you will eventually unlock all the perks you want!
