Now that you have a complete list of quests from Last Epoch's campaign, you can start your journey at the Monoliths to grind for your end-game setup. If you plan on skipping the campaign, I would highly advise against it on your first character. However, you can freely skip it on your succeeding characters, given you've already acquired enough gear to jumpstart their stats.
