The History of Impa in The Legend of Zelda

Impa has appeared in numerous titles within The Legend of Zelda series. The Impa seen in various games is not always the same character but of the same family. She almost always plays a pivotal role as Zelda's attendant; Impa has been her nursemaid, bodyguard, advisor, and more. She is a member of the Shieikah tribe, has protected the royal family for many generations, and has given Link valuable information on his quests.

Is Impa in The Legend of Zelda Tears of the Kingdom?

Impa is in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom and plays a big role. She no longer leads Kakariko Village but still assists Link, and introduces him to the Geoglyphs and the Dragon Tears. The Tears quest will take Link across Hyrule and uncover much valuable information about Tears of the Kingdom's story.
