The best way to farm money quickly in Like a Dragon: infinite Wealth is Dondoko Island. With the right setup, you passively earn Dokobucks, which can be converted into cash. Dondoko Island allows you to assign Sujimon to tasks and easily make money without doing anything yourself. Reaching a 2-star Resort and unlocking the Dondoko Farms is required to assign Sujimon to these tasks. The Workshop Facility generates thousands of dollars in about an hour, especially with the Master Class one.

Additionally, hunting Gold Sharks quickly nets you money for a little bit of work. As you catch and sell more gold sharks, the amount of money you make increases. You need a 3-star Resort and must have built the bridge to Lake Island, but it is worth it to get the fishing spot there. The gold shark is a fast-swimming fish, so keep an eye out for it and catch one you spot for quick cash.
