Swann's adventures in Velvet Cove continue with the second tape of Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, and there is plenty more to unlock. All Achievements in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Tape 2
The release of Tape 2 in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage has also added 19 new achievements (or trophies) for players to unlock. While some are related to the main story and will automatically unlock upon completion of certain scenes, others require thorough exploration and interaction with certain items or other elements.
Remember that you can go back to any scene in either Tape via the Scene Selection feature. Furthermore, you can replay those scenes in 'Collectible Mode', which allows you to interact with elements without compromising your story progression.
Disclaimer: The following achievements contain significant story-related spoilers, so read ahead with discretion.

How to Unlock I'll see you again in 27 years Achievement in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage
This achievement involves jumping way back to Scene 1 of Tape 1 (titled 'Expectations'), the very beginning of the game. After ending the call with Swann's mom, examine the 'Pamphlet' on the car dashboard.
Use the 'Read' option to reveal the Car Rental's phone number: 416-555-0175. Now leave the scene and return to Scene Selection. Go to Scene 3 of Tape 2 (titled 'Alone Again'), and once you gain full control of Swann, go over to her pink phone sitting on the bed.
Interact with it and punch in the number mentioned above. When the line picks up, a mysterious, distorted voice will answer. The voice's identity is unknown, but it sounds uncannily like older Swann. After ominously saying "Don't...forget..", the call drops, and the achievement will unlock.
How to Unlock 90s Chic Achievement in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage
For this achievement, you need to use every opportunity throughout Tape 1 and Tape 2 to change Swann's clothes. Make sure to change at Swann's bedroom closet whenever she is there (four times). Additionally, you can change during:
- Tape 2, Scene 5 (An Empty Cabin) - Chair at Swann's corner inside the cabin
- Tape 2, Scene 7 (Nora's Grief) - Shopping bags inside Nora's garage
Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Complete Box Set Achievement
To fulfill this achievement, you need to complete every single qualifying Collectible Memoir in the game, for both Tape 1 and Tape 2. This full walkthrough helps provide crucial details on some of those memoirs.
This is the final achievement in a series of ones related to gathering Collectible Memoirs. Remember that some memoirs are automatically started as part of the story, while others you need to discover on your own by exploring with your camcorder. Also, only certain memoirs actually qualify for this series of achievements. All Collectible Memoirs required for this achievement include the following:
- Birds! (15) - a different species of bird
- Water Tower (4) - Velvet Cove water tower at different times of day
- More Cat! (9) - related to Swann's cat (cat tree, toys, scratches on furniture, etc)
- Critters! (6) - animals such as Swann's stick bug, squirrels, ants, etc.
- Moving in Place (6) - items that move such as the ceiling fan and Newton's Cradle in Swann's bedroom, etc.)
- Hunting (8) - related to hunting (deer, arrows, etc.)
- Scenic Views (5)
- Graffiti (10)
- Strangers (7) - NPCs unrelated to the group
- Bullies (7) - primarily Dylan and Corey
- Spotlight: Nora (10)
- Spotlight: Kat (10)
- Spotlight: Autumn (10)
- Forgotten Playground (6) - playground in Tape 1
- Terrible Toys (6) - dirty troll in the playground sewer, the bunny cat in Nora's garage, etc

How to Unlock Partners in Time Achievement in Lost Records: Bloom & Rage
To unlock this achievement, you need to successfully calm down Autumn during her panic attack in Tape 2, Scene 6 (titled 'Pieces of Autumn'). As mentioned in the list above, your friendship with Autumn needs to be strong enough by this point in the game ('New Friend' reportedly works for this, but 'BFF' is preferred) for this achievement to be obtainable.
As she starts to freak out during her conversation with Swann, when prompted, choose the following dialogue options:
- "What's going on?"
- "We should stick together."
- I'll help...if that's what you want."
After that, bring Autumn her purple toothbrush (make sure it's the correct one). The conversation then resumes, so choose the following options:
- "I tried calling you."
- "We didn't know Kat would get hurt."
- "I'll find it for you!"
Now go and pick up Autumn's 'Highest Score' magazine by the fireplace. Bring it back to her. Next, ask Autumn if they can still be friends. If given the opportunity, choose to play a word game with her and then select the following options:
- "Autumn's sick skater poster"
- "You win if it helps you feel better"
- "Your comfy shirt"
- "The way home"
- "An old bed, older than us"
Finally, when given the chance, show Autumn the video of their adventures at the cabin. When Autumn tries to leave the cabin, go over and hug her. If you've succeeded with the above steps, Autumn will stay, and the achievement will unlock.
