Here are some potential solutions that you can try to fix the Minecraft Legends bug:

  • Restart Minecraft Legends—An obvious one, but often, a simple reboot can fix the issue.
  • Restart your system—If restarting the game doesn't work, try restarting your system to refresh the OS.
  • Reboot your router—If the error is caused by internet connection problems, try rebooting your router by unplugging and plugging it back in again.
  • Whitelist Minecraft Legends in your antivirus and/or firewall (PC only)—If you're still having multiplayer issues on PC, check your antivirus and/or firewall settings and make sure that Minecraft Legends is whitelisted.

If you've tried all of the above and you're still having trouble connecting, then the Minecraft Legends online servers may be down.

How to check Minecraft Legends server status

There is currently no official Minecraft Legends server status website, meaning the best way to check for any potential outages is through the Minecraft Legends Twitter account. The Mojang Status Twitter account also posts updates about its various games, so keep an eye on that if you're experiencing issues.

If the Minecraft Legends multiplayer servers aren't down, and you've tried the above possible solutions to no avail, visit the Minecraft Legends support page, where you can submit a ticket for more assistance.
