If you're trying to play with friends in the latest entry in the sandbox universe, you may encounter an error that prevents you from joining them. How to fix Minecraft Legends multiplayer not working

There are a handful of reasons why Minecraft Legends multiplayer may not be working for you, including internet connection problems, firewall and/or antivirus issues, or the game's online servers being down.

Here are some potential solutions that you can try to fix the Minecraft Legends bug:

  • Restart Minecraft Legends—An obvious one, but often, a simple reboot can fix the issue.
  • Restart your system—If restarting the game doesn't work, try restarting your system to refresh the OS.
  • Reboot your router—If the error is caused by internet connection problems, try rebooting your router by unplugging and plugging it back in again.
  • Whitelist Minecraft Legends in your antivirus and/or firewall (PC only)—If you're still having multiplayer issues on PC, check your antivirus and/or firewall settings and make sure that Minecraft Legends is whitelisted.
