Ah, mining. It's an important and integrated feature in this long-running series. But if you don't play Monster Hunter for the mining, you should know that the Awegite can be mined to make some pretty nifty gear. Here's how to get some in MHR Sunbreak.
Where to find Awegite in MHR Sunbreak
Awegite is found exclusively in the Shrine Ruins on Master Rank quests or Expeditions. Just be sure to watch out for Anjanath when farming! One can use this handy map as a reference, or simply use the palamute's Sniff it Out! ability to easily track Awegite on your mini-map.

Awegite Usage
Awegite is heavily used in the Kamura set of weapons and armor. It makes an appearance in some other pieces, but it is mostly a component for starter gear in Master Rank hunts.
