Monster Hunter Wilds is the upcoming release from Capcom and the latest installment in the Monster Hunter franchise. The trailer for the game was one of the biggest announcements at The Game Awards 2023.

Everything we know about Monster Hunter Wilds so far

Monster Hunter Wilds is the next generation in Capcom's popular action RPG series. We do not know many details yet at the moment as the trailer was short and sweet.

The trailer shows us the desert-like setting filled with monsters galore. We can see a Hunter roaming around on his flying mount through sunshine and through storms. We can also see possible armor and a weapon.

In a video on PlayStation's official Youtube channel, Ryozo Tsujimoto, the Monster Hunter series producer, tells us we can expect new creatures and new ecosystems in Monster Hunter Wilds. They are working hard to make the best game with all of the power of PlayStation 5.

When does Monster Hunter Wilds release?

Monster Hunter Wilds will release in 2025, with no exact date set at the moment.

What platforms will Monster Hunter Wilds be on?

Monster Hunter Wilds will be on PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. For PC players, you will be able to get the game on Steam. There are no details on the game being made available on other platforms like the Nintendo Switch.
