One that is causing headaches for players is their games not appearing. This may leave you wondering how to get your games to appear in the EA app.

How to fix your EA games not showing up

Occasionally the EA app will mess up and not display your games. This leaves you unable to play them, which can be quite frustrating. Fortunately, this is typically an easy fix. Here is how to solve your games not appearing in the EA app.

  • Click the menu icon in the EA app.
    • Select Help and choose Restart app.
  • Log out of the EA app and log back in.
  • Uninstall and reinstall the EA app.

These typically apply to games you have purchased previously and have been in your library for a while. If you have just purchased a game and it is not appearing, verify that the purchase has gone through. You can also log out and log back in to see if this will cause the newly purchased game to appear.
