How to build a bed for Pals in Palworld

Despite how potent Pal labor work is in Palworld, they still need to lie down and rest on occasion. Your Pals won't be able to work at their best without a bed to slumber in, so here's how you can make sure your Pals get plenty of relaxation for their struggles.

How to make a bed for Pals in Palworld

The Straw Pal Bed is the easiest bed to make in Palworld as all it requires is Wood and Fiber, both of which you will have in abundance. To make it, open your Build Menu and under Infrastructure, select Straw Pal Bed. This presents you with a holo version of the bed, giving you an idea of how it will look once it is placed and built.

Decide upon the location and rotation of the bed, then hit the Build option shown on the menu. The bed will be placed in the world, but will still need to be built. If you have a Pal with Handicraft Work Suitability out on the field, they will rush to build it for you. You can also opt to build it yourself. All construction of beds in Palworld works the same way, just with different materials.

Best beds for Pals in Palworld

A Pal's place of rest is sacred, and depending on the size of your Pal, you'll want to make sure their bed matches up. In Palworld, there are three different types of beds you can craft.

• Straw Pal Bed - The easiest bed you can make, but also the least comfortable. This type of bed works best for Small Pals only. You learn to make this bed at level 3.
• Fluffy Pal Bed - This bed is much harder to craft than the previous one, but it is a significant improvement over it. Small and Medium-sized Pals make use of this one. You can learn how to make this bed at level 24.
• Large Pal Bed - The most difficult bed to make. It is for large Pals only as its name suggests. This bed requires quite a bit of effort to craft, but your biggest Pals will thank you for it. You can learn how to make this bed at level 36.

In a pinch, the Straw Pal Bed will always be useable for every Pal in the game. However, for medium-sized Pals and above, you will run into issues with them getting upset and slacking off due to poor living conditions. From here, all sorts of other ailments could crop up, so try not to rely on these beds too much once you can make the Fluffy Pal Bed pretty easily.
