Where to find Sibelyx in Palworld

Since Sibelyx is an Ice Type Pal, they are found in the Snow Biome on the northern island at the top of the map. This is a very dangerous biome to be in for new players, so if you're looking to try and capture a Sibelyx, consider leveling up first. Enemies here will range up to level 40, meaning you'll want to be around a similar level to face them.

How to catch a Sibelyx in Palworld

To catch Sibelyx, you will most importantly want to ensure you have the right gear on you. Since you'll be wandering into the Snow Biome, ensure you have armor with cold-resistance that will protect you from the cold. You're also going to want to have the right weapons. I suggest using the Fire Bow with Fire Arrows since Sibelyx has a weakness to fire. You can also bring along a Fire Type Pal, which will be more effective against them.

Since Sibelyx is a higher level Pal, you'll need some higher power Sphere to capture one; the basic ones won't cut it. Get their HP down as much as possible, and then throw Sphere at them to attempt a capture.

Another way to get Sibelyx, rather than capturing them, is to attempt to breed one. Breeding can be done with the Breeding Farm structure unlocked in Technology 19. You'll need 100 Wood, 20 Stone, and 50 Fiber to craft one.

For Breeding to work correctly, you will need one male and one female Pal to give you an egg hatchable as Sibelyx. There are a few combinations of Pals you can use for this, so check out our list and use whichever is the most convenient:

  • Penking + Pyrin
  • Cinnamoth + Sweepa
  • Nitewing + Cinnamoth
  • Elizabee + Surfent
  • Penking + Ragnahawk
  • Celaray + Blazamut
  • Mossanda + Sibelyx

Once you have those combinations, place them in the Breeding Farm and then put down a chest with a Cake inside of it near the Farm. After a while, they will drop an egg for you. You'll need to place this egg in an Egg Incubator. The Egg Incubator is unlocked in Ancient Technology 7 and crafted for 30 Stone, 5 Cloth, and 2 Ancient Civilization Parts. The egg will take a bit to hatch while in the Incubator, but place a heat source beside it, like a campfire, to speed up the process a bit. Eventually, they will hatch from the egg, and you can start utilizing them and their great skills!

Sibelyx is not only a great pal to have as a battle sidekick but is also excellent for particular crafting and work done at your base. When placed in the Ranch they can craft High Quality Cloth, and they can provide cooling for your food to help keep it fresh longer. These are also some of the skills they offer:

  • Farming - Level 1
  • Cooling - Level 2
  • Medicine - Level 2

Whether you choose to try and catch a Sibelyx in the wild or hatch them with Pals you already have, they are sure to be helpful around your base or in battle beside you. Alongside their Work Suitability, they also have a range of abilities to unlock—one of the most powerful is the Blizzard Spike, which has plenty of range and power. Utilize them against fire enemies for maximum effectiveness.
