How to get the Medical Supplies in Palworld

If you're in a rush, the Wandering Merchant sells Medical Supplies, but if you have the time, I recommend making your own. You can save that hard-earned coin and use it on something better like new Pals.

To make Medical Supplies you will need:

  • 3 Ingot
  • 3 Horn
  • 1 Bone

To make Ingots, you will need to farm Ore first. The best location for farming ore is right behind the Desolate Church at 65, -416. They grow like flowers here. Make sure to use your Digtoise for farming if you can help it, as this Pal is one of the best mining Pals in the game. Once you've collected enough where you aren't overweight and can still move, go back to your base. Use the furnace and a fire Pal like a Foxparks to craft yourself some ingots.

Horn and Bone, on the other hand, can't be crafted, and you have to collect them in the wild. Various Pals drop both materials. If you aren't sure which ones, check what Possible Drops Pals have in the Paldeck to figure it out.

The best Pals to farm Bones are Rushroar and Vixy, which you can find in the areas around the Rayne Syndicate Tower and the Desolate Church.

To farm Horns, your best bet are Eykthyrdeer. They can be found pretty easily in the beginning areas where you likely have your first base. They are also lower level here, which makes them easier to defeat.

When you have all of the necessary supplies, go to the Medieval Medicine Work Bench and craft your Medicine Supplies.
