Pals are creatures like Pokemon, which you have to catch first before befriending them. After that, you will share some fun adventures together.

Best Pals in Palworld

S-Tier

These Pals are the best in their group because of their tremendous help in movement, combat, and protection. Jetragon is one of the best Pals in general, Kitsun helps you travel everywhere, and Anubis is a great aid in combat.

  • Jetragon - Jetragon is the fastest flying mount, and it also possesses highly destructive power. His attacks are fire-based, but he can also mount rocket weapons and rain the missiles down. He's among strongest Pals with lightning movement speed.
  • Kitsun - Kitsun is a fire-based Pal, and it offers protection from both fire and ice environmental effects while mounted. That makes Kitsun the best Pal for exploration because you can visit even harsh regions.
  • Anubis - Anubis is the ground-type Pal, and its specialty is helping you in combat. When you fight together with Anubis, it applies ground damage to your attacks. Anubis can also dodge attacks with sidestep.

A-Tier

Although they are not as useful as S-Tier Pals, these companions are helpful. Sibelyx is a great help in combat, but also produces valuable items, and Wumpo Botan is a mount that carries supplies.

  • Sibelyx - Sybelyx is a lady-like Ice Pal. Sibelyx helps you in combat by hitting your enemies with Blizzard Spike. When you assign Sibelyx to a farm, she can produce High-Quality Cloth. Tho Sibelyx is very useful, her stats aren't high enough for S-Tier.
  • Wumpo Botan - This Pal is the grass variant of Botan, which is Ice type. Wumpo Botan can be ridden as a mount, but it can also carry supplies, increasing your carrying capacity. This Pal is useful as a non-violent companion, thus the A-Rank.

B-Tier

These two Pals are the most valuable in B-Tier. Univolt boosts your attacks with electricity, while Sweepe increases your battle stats in numbers.

  • Univolt - This is an electric-based unicorn-like type of Pal. Its attacks are based on lightning, and it can boost your attack with electric damage while mounted. However, Univolt's lack of versatility places it in the mid-tiers.
  • Sweepa - Sweepa is an Ice Pal, but some of his attacks are Neutral. His trait is to improve battle stats according to the number of Sweepas in your team. Sweepa has an admirable gimmick of power in numbers, which ascends him from C-Tier into B-Tier.

C-Tier

For C-Tier, which is a lower half, these two Pals are very valuable. Verdash increases your speed, and Hangyu replaces your glider.

  • Verdash - This is a Grass type Pal, and it's quick. When you fight together, Verdash increases your movement speed and adds Grass damage to your attacks. Verdash is a solid boost-type Pal, tho not very strong.
  • Hangyu - This guy is a Ground Pal, but he can be summoned instead of glider. Not only that, but Hangyu can carry you up high while gliding. Hangyu's gimmick is very useful, but the Pal itself is not very powerful.

D-Tier

D-Tier Pals are usually the mascots, but we put out two that are useful. Lamball can be your shield, while Tanzee can use an assault rifle to attack enemies.

  • Lamball - The first Pal you meet in the game. You can use it as a shield in combat, or you can send it to the ranch so it produces Wool. It is quite useful, one of the most useful early Pals.
  • Tanzee - Tanzee is a Grass-based Pal who wields an assault rifle. He attacks your enemies with Grass and Ground type attacks. This is the earliest double-type Pal, despite being weak.
