One of the biggest changes in Path of Exile 2 is the removal of item sockets, replaced by a dedicated gem menu with nine slots for skill and meta gems. This system makes gem management easy for all players, while offering even greater flexibility in building powerful setups. In this guide, you can explore all the known Skill Gems in Path of Exile 2.
Every Skill Gem and Support Gem in Path of Exile 2
Path of Exile 2 features a revamped skill system with 240 Skill Gems for active abilities and 200 Support Gems to modify them. This guide contains 137/240 Skill Gems and 90/200 Support Gems.
Credit for the majority of information in this guide goes to POE2DB. This guide will be updated as more information becomes available.
The new approach to the skill system lets you customize your build even more, with Support Gems now directly socketed into Skill Gems. This should simplify the process, no matter which class you play in Path of Exile 2. Every skill can be six-linked (eventually), and all gems begin at level 1, with uncut versions available to boost them further.

All Skill Gems
Skill gems drop with two to five sockets, allowing for up to five linked abilities - similar to the six-link setups from the original game. If you find a gem with fewer sockets, you can upgrade it using in-game items. No matter whether you decide to play a Ranger, a Witch, or another class, you'll have plenty of gems to buff your character.

All Support Gems
Support Gems in POE 2 can provide raw damage boosts and add unique attribute requirements based on their theme. These gems must be compatible with the Skill Gem they support or they can't be socketed.
You can equip one Support Gem for every five points in the corresponding attribute, and only one copy of each Support Gem can be socketed at a time, ensuring a more balanced approach to skill customization.
