Persona 3 Reload Clubs – Best club and how to join

I remember the old days when you could easily jump into extracurricular activities without breaking a sweat; now, I jump and I instantly get tired.

Being a high school student means you have a lot of time for extracurricular activities; hence, you'll definitely want to join one as the protagonist of Persona 3 Reload. Keep reading below as I explain all available clubs in Persona 3 Reload and how you can join them.

How to join all clubs in Persona 3 Reload

Unfortunately, not all clubs from the original made it through the cut of Persona 3 Reload. Since the Kendo Practice Club is not a part of the game, there is no "best club." They all offer Social Links, which is important if you want to strengthen your Persona, plus varying side stories that do tug on your hearts.

Track Team

  • How to join: On April 23, you'll receive a message about the track team hiring recruits.
  • Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays except dates before a major examination.
  • Associated Social Links: Kazushi Miyamoto (Chariot) and Yuko Nishiwaki (Strength)
  • Location: School - Practice Field

The track team is one of the earliest clubs available to the player. To join, you must go to your school's Practice Field. A cutscene will initiate, and you'll meet Kazushi Miyamoto and Yuko Nishiwaki. You'll instantly obtain the Chariot Social Link after this interaction.

At the end of the cutscene with the track team, you can ask if you can walk Yuko home. She will initially decline but eventually accept your offer the next time you ask her. This interaction will unlock the Strength Social Link.

Fashion Club

  • How to join: During Rank 3 to 4 of the Hierophant Social Link cutscene, you'll meet Bebe, who's a transfer student and will invite you to the club.
  • Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays, except dates before a major examination
  • Associated Social Link: Bebe (Temperance)
  • Location: Home Economics Room at School - 1F Hallwa
  • Requirements: Academics (Level 2), and Bunkichi and Mitsuko (Hierophant) Rank 3

The Fashion Club is similar to the track team. However, it has more requirements, meaning you'll need to plan as early as possible if you want to join the club. You'll need to have a Hierophant Rank 3 and at least an Academics stat of Level 2. If you manage to meet Bebe before having enough academic stats, you won't be able to enter the Home Economics Room.

Once you have studied enough to read the note on the door, you'll be greeted by Bebe, who'll welcome you into the club and unlock the Temperance Social Link.

Arts Club

  • How to join: Simply visit the Art Room on June 17
  • Schedule: Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays except dates before a major examination
  • Associated Social Link: Keisuke Hiraga (Fortune)
  • Location: Art Room at School - 1F Hallway

After Fuuka joins your team, you'll receive a message on June 17 that you can join the Art Club. Visit the Art Room on the first-floor hallway of your school. You'll then meet Keisuke Hiraga during the cutscene and have the Fortune Social Link activated afterward.

Student Council

  • How to join: Visit the Student Council Room on April 27
  • Schedule: Monday to Saturday except dates before a major examination
  • Associated Social Links: Hidetoshi Odagiri (Emperor) and Chihiro Fushimi (Justice)
  • Location: Student Council Room at School - 2F

Although the Student Council is technically not a club, I decided to include this here since it functions similarly to other clubs wherein you dedicate a specific period per day to attend meetings. During your first interaction with the Student Council members, you'll meet Hidetoshi Odagiri and Chihiro Fushimi. After the cutscene, you'll immediately unlock the Emperor Social Link.

Similar to Yuko, you'll need to talk to Chihiro during your spare time (preferably before engaging in an activity). Speak to Chihiro three times, and you'll trigger the Justice Social Link.
