- Adamant (+Attack, - Sp. Atk)
More often than not, Morpeko should be running Jolly. It needs the extra Speed to move first against threats like Dragonite, Rotom Wash, and Bombirdier. Morpeko has a strong Physical Attack stat (base 95), so trainers should be making use of its physical movepool.
Adamant can also be an option, specifically if Morpeko is running the move Rapid Spin. Since this move boosts Morpeko's Speed anyways, trainers could afford to run Adamant and hit as hard as possible with Aura Wheel and Seed Bomb.

This is why it's sad that Morpeko doesn't learn any boosting moves. It can only do so much damage with Aura Wheel, so it's hard to use it outside of a revenge killer for other frail Pokémon.
