To get Maushold in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet, you will need to evolve Tandemaus. Fortunately, there is no specific method, like trade evolution or stone evolution, outside of leveling up to get Maushold. Simply increase Tandemaus to level 25, and it will evolve into Maushold. However, it should be noted that there are two forms of Maushold Tandemaus can evolve into.

How to get all forms in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Which form of Maushold you get when evolving Tandemaus is completely random in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet. Currently, there is no known way to influence which form you receive on evolution. That being said, the family of four Maushold is more common.

Fortunately, there is no significant difference between the Maushold family of three and four. The only real difference besides the appearance of Maushold is a weight difference of one pound. This can affect certain moves based on weight, such as Low Kick, but this difference isn't very noticeable.
