How to get Scroll of Waters in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

Never give up your quest to catch 'em all.

The Scroll of Waters is an interesting item that makes its reappearance in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet. Originally introduced in Pokémon Sword & Shield as part of the Isle of Armor DLC, this item only has one purpose. Unfortunately, these aren't the easiest items to find in the region of Paldea, and will require a little bit of digging. The first thing you'll need to do is head over to the west of the map towards Porto Marinada.

Where to get Scroll of Waters in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet

To find yourself a Scroll of Waters in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, you will need to find one at the Auction House. As the name entails, this area hosts a variety of different items that each have different price points. Considering this, you'll need to check back often to see if they happen to have the Scroll of Waters available.

You can see exactly where to find Porto Marinada below, north of the Asado Desert and south of West Province (Area Two). While you're here, you can search for a Girafarig so that you can evolve it into a Farigraf.

What Pokémon can use Scroll of Waters in Pokémon Scarlet & Violet?

The only Pokémon that can evolve using the Scroll of Waters is Kubfu. Using this evolutionary item, they can evolve into Rapid Strike Style Urshifu. Unfortunately, the only way of obtaining one currently is by waiting until Pokémon Scarlet & Violet become compatible with Pokémon HOME.
